In April 2025, CHAGEE celebrated another significant milestone in the APAC market with the grand launch of our very first flagship outlet in Indonesia. 3. In-store Audit Findings

Improvements made in stores following the audits:

Issue: Dirt was observed on the floor of the back kitchen.

Measures Taken: The audit finding was shared with the partner on the spot, and immediate rectification was carried out. We conduct thorough inspections of our kitchen surroundings to ensure the cleanliness of all outlets is well maintained.

4. Food Safety & Product Quality Measures

During daily closing tasks, we ensure that all direct food-contact surfaces of equipment are covered with cling wrap. This practice helps keep our equipment clean and safe, protecting it from dust and pests during non-operational hours.

Every morning, our partners perform weight checks on the ice cubes to ensure they meet the desired range set by our in-house standards. This practice ensures uniformity and an ideal melting rate of the ice in our CHAGEE drinks, guaranteeing consistent taste and quality for our customers.

5. Fun Facts about Tea

Tie Guan Yin (铁观音) is a famous variety of Chinese oolong tea originating from Anxi in Fujian Province. Revered for its rich cultural heritage and artisanal processing techniques, Tie Guan Yin is distinguished by its unique floral fragrance, orchid-like aroma, and a naturally smooth, lingering sweet aftertaste.

Tie Guan Yin undergoes a semi-oxidised fermentation process which strikes a delicate balance between the freshness of green tea and the depth of black tea. Today, this tea is one of China's most treasured oolongs and can be so fragrant that it smells like orchids in bloom!
