1. Food Safety & Product Quality Training

In May 2025, CHAGEE proudly launched our first concept outlet in the APAC market – a Signing Store operated by Deaf store partners, located in Singapore. Representing a reimagined F&B experience that blends inclusive design with sensory intention and social impact, the store marks a significant step in our mission to foster meaningful connections through tea. Meanwhile, in Thailand, CHAGEE celebrated the grand opening of three new outlets in conjunction with International Tea Day. As the number of outlets continues to grow across the APAC region, CHAGEE remains steadfast in our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and customer service, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional products to our valued customers.

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide safe, high-quality offerings and exceptional service to every CHAGEE tea enthusiast, we have ensured that our team members undertake a series of comprehensive in-house training sessions or government-accredited courses. These programmes are designed to equip our staff with the essential knowledge and skills to uphold CHAGEE’s high standards and consistently exceed customer expectations.

2. Audit Measures

In May 2025, the CHAGEE APAC audit team continued to monitor performance across our outlets through our monthly audit inspections:

3. In-store Audit Findings

Improvements made in stores following the audits:

Issue: No towel available in the sanitising cloth bucket for green-edged towels.

Measures Taken: The audit finding was shared with the partner on the spot, and immediate rectification was carried out by preparing a clean green-edged towel soaked in the sanitising bucket.

Issue: Stains were found on the edge of the water tap in the back kitchen.

4. Food Safety & Product Quality Measures

1）A designated ice transfer bin is to be used exclusively for transferring ice from the ice maker machine to the ice bin. During the transfer process, the bin containing the ice cubes must be covered to prevent any risk of contamination from foreign objects.

2）During operating hours, sanitised colour-coded towels soaked in sanitising solution (at a concentration of no less than 100 ppm) must be readily available. This ensures that clean towels are always available for cleaning different surfaces.
