November marked a month of significant progress and renewed dedication to excellence at CHAGEE. As we approach the close of the year, our dedication to upholding the highest standards in food safety, product quality, and customer service remains stronger than ever.

This month, we celebrated several major milestones, including the unveiling of our heritage-inspired concept outlet in Chinatown, Singapore. In Malaysia, CHAGEE became the first freshly prepared beverage tea chain to receive the Healthier Dining Programme Logo from the Ministry of Health. This achievement reflects our commitment to responsible beverage innovation by offering options that meet national nutritional standards while preserving the authenticity of our tea. Through this initiative, CHAGEE supports broader health aspirations by empowering customers to make more informed choices without compromising on taste or quality.

Across the APAC region, we also strengthened our audit systems, deepened training engagement, and enhanced operational excellence. Each improvement brings us closer to our goal of delivering perfection in every cup.

1. Food Safety & Product Quality Training

In this month, we focused on interactive learning and on-the-floor coaching to bridge the gap between theory and daily operations. Our training sessions were designed around real-life case studies drawn from recent audits, allowing partners to apply their learning in practical scenarios.

To date, 86 partners have completed these updated sessions, reaffirming our shared goal of ensuring that every cup meets CHAGEE’s promise of quality and safety.

2. Audit Measures

In October 2025, the CHAGEE APAC audit team continued to monitor performance across our outlets through monthly audit inspections:

Through the implementation of our holistic audit and coaching approach, we stand alongside our outlets to progressively enhance food safety, product quality, and customer service, ensuring that every customer enjoys perfection in every cup of CHAGEE tea we craft. With utmost pride, we are pleased to present the top food safety and product quality winners for Q3 2025 to our customers.

3. In-store Audit Findings

Improvements made in stores following the audits:

Issue 1: Dust accumulation at the filter cover of the condenser at automated machine

Measures Taken: The audit finding was shared with the partner on the spot, and immediate rectification was carried out by cleaning the affected area. Partners were reminded to perform regular checks and cleaning of the filter cover of automated machines to prevent dust build-up.

Issue 2: Stains observed underneath the countertop area

Measures Taken: The audit finding was highlighted to the partner on the spot, and immediate cleaning was conducted to remove the stains. The outlet team was advised to include the underside of counters and other hidden areas in their daily cleaning checklist to maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene standards.

4. Food Safety & Product Quality Measures

1)Detailed Closing Cleaning — Including Daily Grease Trap and Floor Trap Cleaning At CHAGEE, all outlets consistently perform detailed cleaning during closing hours to maintain a hygienic and safe working environment. This includes the daily cleaning of grease traps and floor traps to prevent buildup of residue, foul odours, and potential pest attraction. By ensuring these areas are properly cleaned each day, we uphold strong hygiene standards, maintain smooth drainage flow, and create a safe and efficient workspace for the next day’s operations.

2)Strict Incoming Inspection of Fruits To ensure the freshness and safety of all beverages, every batch of fruit received at the outlet undergoes a strict incoming inspection. Partners carefully check each fruit for freshness and signs of spoilage before acceptance. This practice ensures only premium-quality ingredients are used in our drinks, preserving their natural taste and reinforcing CHAGEE’s commitment to product quality and food safety in every cup we serve.
